Paws in the Park Vendor Registration
Thank you for participating in our Paws in the Park event, scheduled for Saturday. October 6, at Odell Park in Franklin, NH. Our event begins at 9:00 and vendors may setup beginning at 8:00 AM. Your registration reserves a minimum 10 x 10 area on the event site. All tables, popups, signage and seating must be supplied by you.

By completing this registration, you are accepting the following Waiver/Release of Liability:
“WAIVER/RELEASE: I hereby for myself, my heirs & administrators, assume any and all risks which may be associated with this event and waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have against the Granite State Animal League DBA Franklin Animal Shelter, City of Franklin, Franklin Parks & Recreation, event sponsors, vendors, workers, volunteers or other persons or organizations connected with the production of this event, their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries or loss or damage of any kind by any means whatsoever suffered by me as a result of taking part in this event. I represent that I understand the nature of the event and that I am in proper physical condition to participate. I assume all responsibilities and waive, release, indemnify and hold harmless Granite State Animal League DBA Franklin Animal Shelter, City of Franklin, Franklin Parks & Recreation, event sponsors, vendors, workers, volunteers and all other persons/organizations connected with this event. I further agree to the use of photographs or other media recordings for promotional and/or advertising purposes without reimbursement.”

1. Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.

3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
