Mother's Day Brunch to Go: Madeline Marie's

May 9, 2021  11:00 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Chef : Chef Tom Thompson and his wife Tasia, with optional coffee or tea from Quantum Bean

Location: West Virginia Botanic Garden

Cost: $65 per person

Tickets: $65. $30 of the cost of each ticket is tax-deductible, to the extent permitted by law under IRS code 501(c)3.

 

Registration will not be available after May 4.

 

MENU

First course:

Brie en Brioche-brie cheese baked in homemade French bread served with fresh berries, granny smith apple slices, and side of blackberry sauce

 

Brunch Options (choose one per ticket):

  • Maryland style Crab Cakes with side of remoulade served with red bliss twice baked cheese potatoes and asparagus
  • Vegetable Quiche with broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, portabella mushrooms, roasted red peppers and cheddar cheese served with fresh fruit and home fries
  • Huevos Rancheros 2 fried eggs over pinto bean quesadilla topped with chorizo sausage, black beans, queso fresco, and enchilada sauce served with side of pico de gallo and home fries. Vegetarian option available   

Sweets Option (choose one per ticket):

  • Cinnamon Pecan Roll
  • Butterscotch Crème Brulee (gluten free)

Drinks to be picked up down the block at Quantum Bean (optional, chose one per ticket)

When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
