Registration Terms & Conditions:

  1. Registration Confirmation: Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  2. Non-Refundable Policy: All registration fees are non-refundable. However, registrations may be transferred to another individual or donated back to the organization upon written request.
  3. Transferability: Registrations may be transferred to another individual upon written request, provided the organizer is notified at least 7 business days before the event begins.
  4. Event Cancellation: If the organizer cancels the event, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
  5. Changes and Modifications: The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or program. Registered participants will be notified promptly of any such changes.
  6. Photography and Videography Policy: Professional photography and videography may be conducted at the event for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed and authorize the event organizers to use your likeness in promotional materials, including social media, websites, and print publications. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff upon arrival.

We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.

5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
