2023 Annual Meeting v6.png

We're back in person in Tucson this year! And we have an online option for those who prefer that.

Please complete the form below to register now. Registration is required for the online option and is requested if you plan to attend in person.

We'll send you a confirmation email with all the information you'll need for the day of the event.

Featured speaker
Dr. Karen Wyatt, founder of End-of-Life University will present “Conversation skills you need for a successful end-of-life discussion”.

It’s one thing to complete our own end-of-life planning documents but it can still be difficult to have meaningful conversations about our plans with those we love. It can be even more challenging when you are concerned that someone you care about is not working on their own end-of-life planning.

Dr. Wyatt’s common-sense recommendations and tools, based on her experience as a hospice physician and educator, help make these difficult conversations successful.

Business meeting
The annual business meeting immediately follows the program.

Location
Palo Verde Room at the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona, 330 N Commerce Park Loop #200Tucson or via Zoom.
