May is Mental Health Month! To bring awareness for our community, the United Way of North Central Oklahoma & the Community Health Foundation of Kay County will be hosting a Mental Health & Wellness Event on Thursday May 16th from 4:00pm-6:00pm. We invite you and your family to join us for activities including games, face painting, jump tents, entertainment, door prizes, and health fair booths; all provided to the public free.
Our goal is to help break the stigma that surrounds those who suffer from mental health issues and show them there is help. We believe that individuals who suffer from serious mental illnesses can and do get better and recover, and with your continued support, our community can see us reach this goal.
Sponsors are desired to support costs related to the event including, but not limited to: bounce house rental, porta potty rental, printing of paper materials, printing of t-shirts, and prizes for attendees. Sponsor benefits are: logo on the back of the t-shirt, banner at the event if desired, and two t-shirts for sponsor.

We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
5. Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
