Land of Medicine Buddha (LMB) respects your right to privacy and values your trust. To insure your privacy, we only use your information for donation or order identification or customer service. We may contact you by phone, postal mail, or email if questions arise regarding your donation or order. Information is not shared with anyone not affiliated with LMB. We do not send unsolicited or “spam” e-mail. LMB uses e-mail addresses to communicate with you, our users, to send information about our programs and your donations, memberships or orders. We do not sell, rent, or lend any personal information about our customers to any third party. If you complete a donation form and share personally identifying information, this information will be used only to send you further information about our organization or to contact you if necessary. For users that register for a course or retreat on our website, we store personal information they provide in their user profile. We will not obtain personally identifying information about you when you visit our website, unless you choose to provide such information to us. If you have an account by making a donation, registering for a course or retreat, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
