Laurel Hill Center is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors. We have developed this privacy policy to assure our donors that your information will not be shared with any third party.

· payment information: credit card number and expiration date, and billing information

Laurel Hill Center Inc. uses your information to complete a transaction, communicate back to you, and update you on foundation happenings. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes.

Laurel Hill Center will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to other organizations. Laurel Hill Center publishes donor names in our annual report; if you would like your name excluded please let us know. Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of Laurel Hill Center. It is our desire to not send unwanted mail to our donors. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our mailing list. E-mail communications provide a mechanism to have your address removed from our contact list.

If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to Laurel Hill Center, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 business days of your donation. To request a refund, call (541)485-6340. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment, cash donations will be returned via check. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
