Food Ally Training
Food Allies are a key part of Common Heart's goal to create a small revolution of kindness. The food we deliver is a way to make it happen by building relationships, and becoming friends and allies with a neighbor in need. We deliver more than food. Wedeliver kindness in the form of food and friendship!
This training will better equip you to understand families dealing with the whirlwind that is poverty. We will review mental models of economic class so we can better understand the hidden rules of each class. Understanding them will help us to build relationships of mutual respect and equip us to be better allies and friends to our neighbors. We will also consider some key ways to build relationships.
