CRUX Reservation Request Form

Please note that the CRUX at Camptown requires 1 supervising adult for every 10 children under the age of 18. All participants must complete a Camptown Release of Liability form.

After completing the above information, one of our staff will confirm the avialibility of your event date and send you a CRUX facility rental agreement via email. Your event is not confirmed until the signed agreement and deposit are received by Camptown. All deposits are no-refundable.
